In addition, we use the following instruments to complete the mental evaluation: the Hopkins Symptom Checklist, the PTSD Symptom Checklist, and the Harvard Trauma Questionnaire. We encourage people to use our instrument in its entirety with the hope that in the near future, all health professionals working with refugees and survivors of torture will collect the same information.
