Center Report

Between 2000 and 2004, 82% of our patients reported a history of torture, while 54% said a family member had experienced torture (n=735). 42% of respondents during this time reported a history of sexual trauma. Most of our patients reported being asylum seekers (53%), while 22% had the legal status of “refugee.” For graphic depictions of our findings, please click on the links below.
